The Internal Medicine/Residency Program 

Carney Hospital has sponsored an independent training program in internal medicine for more than 70 years. The three-year program trains residents who are considering a career in primary care practice, as well as individuals who wish to undertake an internal medicine residency prior to subspecialty fellowship training. Recent graduates have accepted fellowships at prestigious institutions throughout the country.
