Applications will be accepted through ERAS only. Interview invitations will be extended by email. Candidates who are invited for interviews will meet with selected faculty members and residents and have an opportunity to tour the facilities. Candidates must have completed USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CS, and Step 2 CK. Step 3 scores are not required at the time of application. International graduates must be certified by the ECFMG and should have clinical experience in the United States. The program welcomes residents on J1 visas but is no longer able to sponsor H1b visas. Although there are no absolute cut-off scores for the USMLE, competitive applicants usually have scores close to 200 or higher. Both recent graduates and individuals who have pursued other activities after graduation are invited to apply. Beginning with the 2013-14 academic year, all positions will be offered through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
Please refer to the main Graduate Medical Education page for information about salaries and benefits provided to residents. This page also has information about eligibility criteria, visa policies, and a sample contract.
