Women’s radiology services at Norwood Hospital's Cancer Center at Foxboro

We provide comprehensive radiology services at Norwood Hospital and at our satellite facility at 70 Walnut Street in Foxboro. Call 781-278-6397 for an appointment at either location. For PET scanning, call 877-877-8455.

Radiology

Scheduled, emergency, interventional and routine radiology services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients of all ages, including:

• Digital mammography
• Gastrointestinal  (Norwood Hospital only)
• Genitourinary (Norwood Hospital only)
• Vascular
• Skeletal 
• Gynecological (Norwood Hospital only)
• General X-ray
• Joint steroid injections
• Bone Densitometry (70 Walnut Street, Foxboro only)

Radiology services are provided at:

• Norwood Hospital: Seven days a week, 24 hours a day
• 70 Walnut Street in Foxboro: Monday & Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Digital Mammography services are provided at:

• Norwood Hospital: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• 70 Walnut Street, Foxboro: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

CT Scans

Scheduled, emergency, interventional and diagnostic services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients of all ages, including:

• Gastrointestinal 
• Genitourinary
• Cardiac 
• Head and neck
• Musculoskeletal
• Thoracic
• Interventional biopsies (Norwood Hospital only)
  • Norwood Hospital: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • 70 Walnut Street, Foxboro: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nuclear Medicine (Norwood Hospital only)

Scheduled and emergency services for both inpatients and outpatients of all ages, including:

• Brain SPECT
• Lung
• Abdominal
• Thyroid
• Bone
• Myocardial perfusion imaging
• Whole body imaging
• Sentinel node imaging
  • Norwood Hospital: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call availability for emergencies until 11 p.m.

Ultrasound

Scheduled, emergency, interventional and routine services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients of all ages, including: 

• Abdominal
• OB/GYN
• Vascular
• Renal retroperitoneum
• Small anatomical studies
• Interventional and therapeutic biopsies
  • Norwood Hospital: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with emergency on-call availability until 11 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekends.
  • 70 Walnut Street, Foxboro: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Norwood Hospital only)

• General MRI
• Breast MRI
• Interventional biopsies

Scheduled and emergency services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients of all ages.

• Norwood Hospital: Daily, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

PET/CT Scanning

70 Walnut Street, Foxboro: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
