How can I transfer my prescription to the Steward Mail Order Pharmacy Program?
Getting started is easy. Just call toll free 877-880-7007. If you're on a maintenance medication, switching to the mail order program will save you time and money. Medications are delivered to your home so you don't have to drive to the pharmacy, and you'll also save money on the co-pays.
For example, if you take a generic maintenance medication, you can drive to your local pharmacy and pay $15 for a 30-day supply, or sign up for the Steward Mail Order Pharmacy Program and pay $10 for a 90-day supply. Just ask your doctor to write a 90-day script for each of your refillable, long-term medications.
My child is away at college outside of the service area. What do I need to do?
Under the Steward Community Health Plan, your child will only have coverage for emergency services while he or she is away at college. Therefore, he or she will need to return home for preventive and non-emergent care.
