For individuals suffering from substance abuse problems in Boston and Massachusetts, Steward Health Care provides confidential, individualized alcohol and drug rehabilitation services for men and women living in these communities. • St. Elizabeth's Medical Center's Comprehensive Addiction Program (SECAP) in Brighton, Mass.
