How to Reschedule an Appointment
Surgeries or Colonoscopies
Surgeries and colonoscopies are scheduled through your physician's office. If you need to change the date or the time, you must speak with staff in your surgeon's office. They will coordinate the change with the hospital.

These services, but are not limited to, transportation to doctors' appointments, counseling, and day habilitation.
